Includes the Guest Service Gold certification exam.
Effective Customer Service
3 Days (8 hours):
- Tuesday, 11/13, 6pm-9pm
- Monday, 11/19, 6pm-8pm
- Tuesday, 11/20, 6pm-9pm
Includes the Guest Service Gold certification exam.
Enhancing Customer Service
4 Day (8 hours):
- Monday, 11/26, 6pm-8pm
- Tuesday, 11/27, 6pm-8pm
